Express your feelings, perhaps see a marriage counselor to get to the root of the problem; I don't recomend a church marriage counselor, b/c altought they mean well their goal is to keep you together despite of whether there is a real problem. The fact is sometimes you should end it b/c you've gotten past a fixable point or b/c someone is unwilling to make an effort and its brutal but I'd like to know the truth if I were in the truth.
Choose for yourself but this is the best method I believe.

Try going to a marriage counselor. If that's not possible, then sit down and ask your wife what SHE needs to feel loved and appreciated. Try to stay positive and avoid any blame or criticism. Ideally, once she sees how you care about her and are willing to fulfill her needs, then she will want to do the same for you. It may take some time (particularly if things have been not-so-friendly between you for a while), but stay focused on your end goal -- both of you feeling loved and appreciated. Good luck!

I have given him everything, took care of everything in the house. Gave him all the freedom, trust etc. Initially was perfect he take notes of every little thing and i felt so much being loved and pampered. Now everything goes down the drain. I feel the same way as you do.

I'd like to know that as well. My bet is that self-centeredness is at the core of what you are dealing with. Not hard to see, very hard to overcome. I wish I could help more..... You are not alone.

Talk her how you felt. Let her talk and she will tell you why.
