If you take tylenol with codeine will it show up in a UA test?

Yes, if they test for opiates. Codeine can be detected in urine for 1-4 days after last dose, depending on how high a dosage you were on, and how long you were taking it. You should be ok for the UA if you can produce a valid Rx for it in your name, or a bottle w/your name, even if it's kinda old.

If the UA is a drug test UA, yes it will likely show up because the companies who do drug testing are testing for all drugs that may be abused, and codeine is definitely in that category. It actually depends upon what drugs are being screened for, but usually, they want to check if you've used any drugs of abuse, which would include codeine.
