Stay home, cover yourself with like 3 blankets, even if its really hot, your sweating your flu out and your body is more alert when the temperature if higher, stay hydrated, drink lots of tea, water makes your feel sick but tea tastes good and helps a lot, take ibuprofin too, once every four hours or so.

Sorry if you have it, but I'd drink lots of fluids, bedrest, tylenol and chicken noodle soup. Maybe next time, before flu season, you could possibly get a flu shot.

u use common sense, to start with. from there u r getting into the medical field. talk to a nurse at a local er. find out what flu 's r going around if any then. then ask about prevent shots. if any find out the symtoms. they all vary according to strains.

You have to grab some ben gay and vicks vapor rub and mix them together and than you have to drop your drawers and grab the vicks and ben gay mixture and place it on you sphincter rub in a counter clockwise motion until you get a tingling sensation. Once you get this sensation you will completely forget about your flu. It is a placebo effect, enjoy and good luck.

go to the Dr or buy some over the counter meds to take then go to bed and cover up your head to sweat out it out
