rate my deck?

Question

I did add a couple more card than last time thus the total of 48 cards in my deck. Please when rating my deck consider the possible multi-intricate combos that can be done and I know you people despise Toons (So try to be impartial) but they are good even though they have weaknesses like all monster do, they are very powerful and their weaknesses can be overcome (i.e. using giant trunade or chaining emergency provisions to protect my toons from being destroyed such a Mystical space typhoon). That is why I have scapegoat, to use the 4 sheep tokens to special summon my Toon Dark Magician Girl, Toon Summoned Skull, and Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon in one turn. Just a reminder that toons are special summons and are great swarms except for my toon Gemini elf of course. My deck is a beat down (i.e. Ring of Destruction + Barrel Behind The door as well as Wave-Motion Cannon and the toons) and a disabler (i.e. Jinzo, Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV8, and Mystical Knight of Jackal). 7 out of ten.....your deck is heavy 48, but it thins, which is good! powerful creatures, very good, and u can protect them, and gain life if u have too, very useful.. but it is unbalanced, eight tribute monsters, an opponents grand mole will wreck some plans, and most of your opponents will be siding it in for sure!!

--i dont understand your theme... do you want to run toons???? there are some weird ones here...
--i will make suggestions and skip the rate part okey...

--scrap the creator, the two sea horse, vampire lord, mystical knight.. and i think horus 8
--if you are just showing off what cards you have this is not a good way to do it.. put it in an album and show it off....

--i like toons so i have no problem...
--3 of toon mermaid is needed to capitalize on that special summon for tribute...

--i like raging spirit but do you really ned them here???? its up to you...
--morphing jar yeah i guess if you will be losing your hand often... adds to your drawing power..

--if power is to be considered id replace toon girl with another toon skull... girl's effect will be useless... (if you feel generous send me the toon girl just post a message looking for me...)
--add another toon gemini and another lily

i still think some of those cards are restricted.. but ill take your word for it...

theres definetly better cards than the ones you posted up there that will make it more efficient.. and you dont have too many traps... which is not good because if im not mistaken... toons cant attack the same turn they're summon.. regardless that they are special summoned... so you leave yourself open for an attack... which is why people dont usually like toons....

also in my opinion.... why negate traps and spells when you can destroy them?... thats why cards like mobious the frost monarch and giant anteatereating and breaker than magical warrior are much better and more versatile than horus.... ( i like jinzo so i agree with you on that)

magics seem good.. i think you may have a little too many... you could try getting more traps IMO like sakuretsu armor... or bottomless traphole

try to keep your ratio of monster to magic/traps about right too.. you dont want to get a hand full of toons and no toon support... leaving yourself open
