i get a error messaage that says windows\ ccaab.dll cannot be found, how do i rid that from the screen so it does not appear aagain, also i cannot seem to find any files named that...help!

Aint no such file as ccaab.dll. If you want info on computer errors, make sure you type them exactly as you see them.

The reason you can't find that file when you look for it is because it isn't on the computer, that is why it is saying it can't be found. I'm not sure now what that file does, but if you search for it on the internet, probably the microsoft file database thingie, you can find out what it does. To remove the problem, there will probably be some tips as to where it comes from on the site so mabye re install whatever it came with or you can call a tech support to fix it, but chances are you will have to reinstall something.

Yeah, I tried to figure out what that file was from. No such thing according to a few sites. But, if you want to get rid of that, go to Start > Run > Msconfig

Then go to startup and try and find out which of those start up items is using it. Should stop that from happening.

Did you mean ccaa.dll? If so, that is spyware, download and update Ad-Aware, Spy-bot, and Windows Defender. Run them in safe mode along with AVG antivirus or the antivirus of your choice. That should solve your problem.
