Never heard of disposable cell phone in Singapore. But I believe you can use your existing cell phone by getting a Top-up card.

You really made my day by asking about disposable phone, I heard about disposable underwear & camera. Which planet are you coming from and pls do let me know if you have a disposable phone.

there are actually no disposable phones here but you can get a cheap phone by buying from the second hand shops and also using a prepaid card that is pay as you use.
