Who would you sue? The flu shot is only good for the flu germs they are "expecting" to hit us. It changes every year. If your allergic to eggs you arent supposed to get the shot because the germs are cultivated in eggs. So, you would get sick if you are allergic to eggs and then got the shot anyway. Some people might get a mild form of the flu after the shot. And dont confuse the flu with the common cold. The flu makes you feel like a truck just ran over your body your so sore. The common cold does not.

I find that none of the flu shots work for me, I get sick for three or more days after I get the shot, so now I refuse to get anymore of the shots.I personally think that the flu shots are suppose to give us the flu so that we won't get that type of flu again

Yeah mine didn't either. The doctor told me that the strain of Flu I had was not covered by the shot.

No i would not... Some times the injected virus is not the right type of the virus.. Also some people have better imune system them others.. I would not sue

No, not all shots work on everyone. You can't sue for something like that.
That would be like suing a condom company for getting pregnant....because not all condoms are effective in preventing pregnancies.

I doubt it can work all the time on everyone... after all they give everyone the same dose and concentration. There is probably a disclaimer if you look into it.
