Baylor isn't difficult to get into.
Even though its a private school, if you are in the top 10% of your class, you are most likely going to get in.
So aim for top 10% ranking and a decent SAT score.
find a club, sport, extracurricular to get involved in and show dedication/leadership within that organization.
community service is a plus also.
Also even though its easy to get into, tuition is crazy high, so get highest GPA possible to qualify for scholarships.
I don't go to baylor, but have friends who do.
