Chantix is a terrific way to quit smoking with few side effects. Many have reported only minor, if any, side effects that didn't last long. I did take it, twice. I did fail both times, however, I will be trying again soon, I've smoked for 35yrs, so it's hard. Chantix worked very well, it calms you. It is expensive, $294.00 at Rite Aid, I have insurance, so mine was only $5.00. I experienced zero side effects, I failed, or believe this is why, I live with a chain smoker, elderly, and not likely to change. So, it was the tobacco smell that triggered me in the morning, I think I need to be more diligent, and get it done. I highly recommend it.............

it works when you REALLY want to quit. You still have cravings but they aren't that bad. After first taking it, i didn't feel the urge to have a cigarette. Just remember to keep taking your doses. If you miss doses, it makes you want a cigarette. The average person will take this medicine for about 3 months. And if you try to have a cigarette while taking the medicine, it makes you have a terrible stomach ache...trust me!
