I am trying all the routine websites like Workopolis, monster and other related websites, I am wondering if anyone know any better website or any other way to find Pharma research jobs in Canada not in US.

you should try some job search engines for Canada that search for jobs from numerous job sites.

Why,? there are a lot more Pharmaceutical research operations in the US..
If you have the proper qualifications, research the addresses of pharmaceutical companies, write them letters introducing yourself, and ask where their research facilities are located, and who should your queries for a position be sent to.
