It's come to my attention that the only negative things cons have to say about her are that she's a ***** or a lesbian or that her husband cheated on her. They actually have very little to say about the issues they SHOULD be thinking about, except to apply ridiculous rhetoric - as in, since she's a Democrat, she must hate America. Not one conservative has presented a rational reason not to vote for her. I'd like to see if anyone can.

iseemen: SERIOUSLY? So can we assume you've been present for every conversation between Hillary and Bill Clinton, since you're so sure that she never got upset with him or yelled at him for cheating on her? And this, THIS... is why you wouldn't vote for her?????? SERIOUSLY?????? OH MY GOD!!!!!

arcanum: While that's an interesting little interpretation of my words... if you look above your ranting, you will see that that is not what I said. That is what YOU say I said.

I am a conservative and I do not hate her. I just do not feel that she or Obama have the experience and influence to be an effective President. That said, I do not see a viable candidate on the Republican side either. I am learning more about Fred Thompson.. maybe he will be a true Republican.
Anyway... for me its not about hate. Its about picking the most qualified for the job... And she is not it.

First may I clarify that politics should not be so personal that we hate....hate destroys perspective.
To answer your question: When I first became aware of Mrs. Clinton she was the wife of the Governor of Arkansas, obviously a resident of that state. When her ambitions of political nature became reality" the party" became guilty of manipulating of political system, by placing her In her present home state, New York is it ? well over 1000 miles from her original home and her business interests. Why would they do this? because they had suspicions of a weakening in the new England area....so guess where wonder woman Hillary now resides? Or does she, i would be interested to know just how much time she spends where.
Regardless of his or her political affiliation, if you need to manipulate the system to win...have you really won? and is this the type person that you want running your country?
Also there isn't time to go into the investigations she has been narrowly allowed to get by with regarding her and brother bill's real estate ethics ....so to speak, If I'm correct some of their associates are no longer around to explain the Clinton's influence on these real estate endeavors.

Too Easy!! First, and foremost is the media's constant protection of her....beginning in the national eye with the cattle futures...then it was the billing records, Whitewater, travel gate, Vince Foster....Thru her testiomony in front of congress.."I don't recall" over 100 times. If she had one tenth the scrutiny a Republican would have she would have been imprisoned....but her highness goes on. Next...after being told she is the smartest woman in America she has barely any accomplishments... National healthcare was a disasterous idea....what does she know about the healthcare system??? Lastly, she is scripted, phony, hypocritical and a panderer.
See..not one mention of her being a bword or a lesbo...Oh, her pant suits suck too!

How about, just like John Kerry, she keeps contradicting herself? When we went to war in Iraq, she said that it was a good idea and that we were doing the right thing, and then now, she claims that she has been against this war from the beginning, and i have seen the tapes of her saying both comments. Yes, she is dumb for staying with her cheating nasty husband, but a lot of women do, so im not holding that against her, and im a woman, so im not bashing her for wanting to be the first female president. And ive never heard that she was a lesbian. I would like you to give me some real, good, concrete reason that we should trust this woman who flip flops her stories so much to run our country. Give me a reason to vote for her, and try to contradict mine.

Well I don't hate her.
I just don't like her point of view.
Even though, Clinton was the president, who do you think called the shots? The saying "behind a great man is a great woman", hmmm really?
I did not like the way she handled 9/11, she never show up in NY during time of trouble to even show support to the major or the governor (regardless that they are from oposite party).
And I leave the rest of the answer to Barack Obama.

From your statement: "It's come to my attention that the only negative things cons have to say about her are that she's a ***** or a lesbian or that her husband cheated on her."
In response to your edit...sorry, but there is no interpretation there, your making a blanket statement about "cons". Nice try though.
Wow, thanks for the blanket statements. It must be nice to know EVERY "con" out there so that you know that the only negative things we have to say about her are that she's a *****, lesbian or her husband cheated on here.
That being said, I don't hate her, I just disagree STRONGLY with her politics and proposed policies. If you want one specific example just read the question that yahoo is claiming to be by her. What gives her the right to take profits from any company because she deems that profit to be excessive...last I knew the United States was a Republic, not a socialist/communist state.

She epitomizes the "insider" label of the early crowd of 2008 Democratic contenders. She's part of the Clinton machine that decimated the national Democratic Party. And she remains surrounded by many of the old consultants who counsel meekness and caution.

Hate is a strong word. She was the one who put together the study group to take over health care. Which would have nationalized and kidnapped 1/8 of the US GNP. That should scare anybody that has any clue to how devastating this could have effected the country.
