I hate to tell you, but just because you're not majoring in it doesn't mean you won't have to take it.
Take it in high school. Trust me on this.
If you're going into ANY science major, you're going to have to take at LEAST 3 semesters of Physics. Sorry.

It's probably not a bad idea, and possibly a good idea. For instance, if you end up in engineering (heading towards biomedical engineering), you will need to take at least two semesters of physics, possibly more. On the other end, even if your program doesn't require you to take physics courses (and many programs do; I've seen computer science and pre-med programs require it), it'll be a good way to get yourself thinking about science and how science problems are approached. You'd be surprised how often physics, or a physics way of thinking, seeps into other fields.

If you're planning on applying to med school, you'll need to take calculus-based physics in college to pass the MCATs. So you don't really need to take it in high school, since you'll have to take it in college anyway - unless you really think you'll be bad at it, in which case getting an introduction now couldn't hurt. If you have a chance to take an AP chem or bio instead, do that.

Take physics. I worked in electronics for many years, and really wished I had gone with physics instead of the chemistry in grade 12.

AP Physics is tough. If your math grades are at least a B then I would consider taking AP Physics. It will be tough for you unless you are really strong in math.

Do it. It looks good. Unless you're going to do Chemistry. That would be your other option. Physics is a major part in science. My teacher is obsest with it

Do it, cuz college physics is very challenging. You need all the edge you can to get an A. Anyway, its a very fascinating subject.

I say yes.
More scientific thinking is good.
Also life must adapt to the laws of physics.

Look at the courses you'll be taking in college. You'll probably want it.
