I would go with the Owner of the Team such as a Michael Jordan, the owner overlooks all positions such as Gm, Vice President and President...Just look at it as a restuarant...there's the owner who owns the place and then hires a manager, assistant manager, and then they fill each other position... but it all comes down to what the owner does because he can even sell the whole organization something the others cannot do
