It has been her life long dream. She doesn't think she'll get in, but I want her to apply anyway and so I was thinking of filling out the application myself. Do you think this is possible?

I think that is a sweet thing to do. Maybe you can start the application for her and fill out whatever you can. There will be parts that only your mom can fill out however, such as signing the application. If you can convince your mom that she has nothing to lose except for the application fee, she will go for it. We all buy lottery tickets sometimes, right?

No, it's actually illegal. You need to submit an essay, and if they found out she didn't write it herself, they will revoke her admission.

Same with transcripts and test scores - it's illegal to request them for someone else. The most you can do is get a bunch of brochures or something.

It is possibl eif she know what you ar doing. But, I hope she has the grades because if she doesn't prove herself once in there, she and you may be in trouble.
