I'm using WIN XP. Is their something I can download to make this easier? Can I use yahoo mail? When I use my firefox browser, and right click on the page I want to send, and click on e-mail this page, it pulls up MSN passport, I sign in, But I don't know how to send a link. When I used to use WIN 95, as soon as you typed a linked, it automatically underlined for you. If I use Internet explorer, it pulls up Outlook express, and asked me to set up an account. When I click send, alls it does show errors. I don't know what to put when they ask for incoming and out going proxy, I use broadband internet with my e-mail account my cable company gave me. I'm sure it's probably simple, I'm just making it difficult. Do I need to type http:// first? Is there a special addon for firefox to e-mail a page??

Yup, copy and past the entire link into your email include the "http://". If you have HTML enabled for your email it should create a clickable link for the receiver. I have noticed that some email software wont do this unless you put a period at the end of the address.

In internet explorer: Click file | Send | Page as Link

actually, it sounds as if when you click File | Send | Page as Link it starts OE? Then you'll have to set up a POP account, to be the machines default POP account - both FireFox and IE will use it. Check your ISP's website for instructions, server names and the like. look in the "help" section.

You simply copy the email from the address bar of the page and then paste into your email to the friend.
