In the GI tract, the action of certain hormones such as Secretin and Inhibin can be considered as negative feedback as the release of these hormones when the chyme enters the duodenum decreases secretions in the stomach and inhibit gastric motlity.
I can't think of something more upper along the digestive system......wanna read what others would say
