In Internet Explorer:
Go to, "tools"/ "internet options" you will see an area called home page, change it to where you prefer like http://www.google.com or just empty the field.

In Firefox:

Go to, "tools" "options" once here follow the same instructions for changing as with internet Explorer.

If you are using some other browser it should be very similar.

At the top of your browser click on "tools" then click on "options" or "internet options" depends on the browser you're using. Somewhere in there, usually on the first tab that appears, is a section that will allow you to change your home page settings.
