It shows the picture, but without sound, anybody know what's the problem here? I have Divx, and Xvid installed on my computer already.

Get a Program called GSpot.

Using Gspot you can open the video file ( FILE > OPEN, Browse to where the video is saved) and it will tell you what codec's the movie requires. Since you can see the video it can only be one of two things: either there is no sound in the video or you don't have the right codec.

If it's a codec issue you can visit this website for a wide selection of codecs.

The video probably has AC3, monkey or ogg audio
