check out your location, do you have any competitors? also, number one before all, treat your customers as they would like to be treated. Remember, they are your money so take good care of them. Just heard of a new shoe by a famous basketball player that sell for $14.99, try those for a while, this will bring in customers, believe me. Once there, give them the opportunity to check out all your shoes

Get rid of the text categories at the top. They don't do anything on my computer.
Get a light blue background perhaps.
Put a black three line racing stripe on the left and right side.
I like the red color at the top.
The website name sucks. You sell shirts and lots of other stuff besides just Nike shoes. www.dopeshopshopper.com or hotshopshopper.com or coolshopshopper.com or phatshopshopper.com are probably available.

A simple marketing survey would be the first step - by making simple customer satisfaction survey that has questions about your pricing, sales experience of client and things that would make the customer more satisfied - also informal discussions with your customers - about where they get their information for their purchase - that will help you determine what channel you should focus you advertisement - remember it is always cheaper to maintain a current customer that get a new one so make sure you are keeping your current customers satisfied - to become life-long customers

I guess free samples are out of the question. Maybe it's your location? Or maybe you need a more attractive storefront.
People love a sale. I think the stores here raise the prices a little just so they can lower them for a sale to make people think they're getting a bargain.
