If you have money for a lawyer, you shouldn't need social services. But if you want to sue any government agency, there is either a law saying you can't, or they won't answer questions, or let you speak to people you need to, Files will get "Misplaced" ,and they have a lot more lawyers than you do, and are willing to give you the run around until Hell freezes over.

you could. but before u do know that you will be taking the money which could have been used for the good of many. and use it for u r self . best is to highlight the shortcomings and accept an apology and hope there will be changes. u will feel much better.

yeah, use their complaints procedure though. have all correspondence checked by CAB - citizen's advice bureau. you could even have them [cab] help you get the ball rolling - and let you know if it will be worth the hassle.
