Like i notice when i sleep for a long time and when i get up i feel weak ...like i didnt get enough sleep....you end up feeling lazy the whole day..

I think it is because your body gets too much sleep so your body stay tired and relaxed so when you wake up or get up you do not feel as refreshed as you do when you sleep for like 6 to 8 hours. I think that too much sleep is not good for you. You may also want to ask a doctor about this.

I can relate. I am much more productive on 4-5 hours of sleep than 7-8. However, I know so little sleep is not good for my body.
