The first one is D - Bill wants plain American cheeseburgers.
The second one is C - No, I don't think Canadian bacon would be appropriate.

*You capitalize the first word of a sentence and if it has a geographical reference you capitalize the place (Such as Canadian or Greece)

I would not capitalize french fries. Mexican tacos is absurd and just put there to make a point. Tacos is not capitalized. Swedish meatballs should, for some reason, be capitalized. So D is correct in example one, I guess, but it is arguable.


Question 2, same deal. It's a matter of taste, although Georgia just looks right capitalized. C is correct in Question 2, I have the same reservations though.
