I don't know the specifics, but there are tons of "free" sites, but be careful most are scams. there is a good link to one at smartmoneyclick.com/funlinks.html it has a free stuff link that says it has posters and t-shirts and the like

just do a yahoo image search for the celeb you want a print out the picture, but blow them up first...
