Probably not spitting unless you spit on someone, but definately for slapping someone

heck yeah! i got suspended for saying 4 words to another gilr and she turned around and slapped me on the beack of the neck. we both got suspended

it depends on how strik your school is..... if you slap your friend its okay i guesse but spiting at my school you would probably get a detention or sighn this thing... not suspended youll like have to do somthing really bad for that.

In Texas you get charged with assault,plus suspension.
