That is a great success to him. It deserves a celebration of some sort. Have a surprise get together at your house for him by having family and some close friends over. Put out some snacks and beverages. Make it really special by making a little board with some pictures of potential real estate sales etc...with a picture of you two in the middle. On the cake have a picture of a landscape with a couple of houses. He will not forget how special you made him feel.

Take him to a good movie or something like that and surprise him with a great card and maybe even a surprise congratulations party! Go out dancing with him or something like that too. Have fun and use your imagination! Congratulations to him and i am so happy for the both of you. I wish him the best and much success in the real estate business.
