i was just wondering because they only put a new one on like every two weeks.

Currently, yes. The first DVD box set will be released on April 24th, containing the first 13 episodes at an MSRP of $39.99. That'll equate to $25-30 if you shop online.
The second box set with the next 13 episodes is slated to come out on July 24th. Viz hasn't announced the release dates for anything beyond those two.

-sadness- the subs are so much better, no ridiculous voices and u don't have to wait so long. i couldn't even stomach watching a whole episode of p.o.t. in dubbed in english when i tried.
