It should have rivers so people back in the ancient times could get water. Don't know about mountains.

philippines have rivers (chico river in mountain prov. for e.g.), lakes(e.g. taal lake), beaches, hot springs(asin hot spring in tuba benguet), water falls(pagsanjan falls), fish ponds, swimming pool.
we have mountain...so comes the name..mountain province...
baguio city...city of the pines is a group of mountains itself
