I was told it puts more air into the skin to plump it up. It's not regular peroxide that comes in small bottles though. A friend in Canada buys it in large bottles but I forgot the name of it.

Of course, this all depends how much you put in, but....
1) Your hair will turn blonde or green. Which can be cool. Or not.
2) Any cuts or scabs you have will bubble and fizz. And then they will be clean. And so will you.
3) Over time it will make your balls shrink.
4) You will smell like pickled egg. Or a popsicle stick. Both of which smell surprisingly similar.
That's pretty much all I got for you......

Nothing that I know of, since it's mixed with so much water, a lone it might bleach your body hair out.
