Need help with file sharing?

here's the deal, we have 2 computer in our home the main one is the pc and all the documents and music i want is on that computer, how do i tranfers all of the music to my laptop?

i did transfers all of my music files on my laptop but the problem is when the pc laptop is off i'm not able to play the music on my itunes unless i opened the main computer which is the pc.

any idea how to solved this?

and both our pc and laptop goes to the same router

and no i don't want to burned the music to cd and transfer it to my laptop

and most of the songs in our pc itunes are from limewire.

Well you could always hook laptop up to the internet and redownload them ^^;;;


There is a way to transfer files from PC to laptop... its a windows thing.. im not sure how to do it exactly..

or what you could do.. is set up an FTP server and have your laptop "download" them from your PC (while also connected to the internet)
