Mahoromatic is a great anime. It's about a combat android that become a maiden for a middle school 14 year old boy. It's one of my favorites.
Also look into Excel Saga. It's all about comedy.

Full Metal Panic? Fumofu!
If you have seen Full Metal Panic!, it is the funniest thing you will see in a very long time.
If you haven't, it pokes fun at each and every type of anime you have ever watched, and you will laugh your bleep off.

Samurai champloo..this anime is very hilarious..at first you will thought it was like a type of samurai X betrayal movie..but then they will blow you some of their natural actions and jokes in to your stomach..
