my dads feet and right elbow is swollen can someone help me to figure out why?

If it's a painfull swelling it could be gout. My Dad's been dealing with it on & off lately. You can read more about it on Wikipedia. They give alot of info about the symptoms, cause & treatment. If it is gout, it can be controlled with medicine.

Sounds like gout. See a doctor.

Tell him to see a doctor he might have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and/or a problem with the kidneys, but only a doctor can diagnose properly.
