Well its not pain, its just pressure it all started yesterday I'm 37 weeks now its starting to hurt to walk. it doesn't hurt to pee or anything its just kinda lingering pressure.. whats wrong with me, I've been told that the baby shouldn't drop for another week or so, do you think this is whats happening?

Defiantly sounds like the baby has dropped. I felt like that with 2 of the 3 of mine. You might want to get checked just to be sure. If it really hurts to walk, your doc may decide to induce you. Very good luck with your new baby!!!

Okay, if you are having pressure in your vaginal area, it could be the baby's head dropping into position. Another thing it could be is the round ligament. The nurses at my doctors called the pain you get from a round ligament "crotch grabbers" b/c it hurts so bad you feel like grabbing your crotch. no joke.
If you have any doubts, (you must or you wouldn't be asking, eh?) call your doctor or a nurse, they will help you decide if you need to come in for a check. As women we tend to downplay our inner voice, do not do this. If you feel unsure, call someone at once!
Take a minute, ask yourself if you feel like you are unsure, and if the answer is yes, trust me the doctors and nurses will understand, and they would rather deal with something minor that you wait and cause a bigger problem. (not trying to scare you, really) My water broke in Lamaze class and the instructor said " I think you just peed yourself" I am glad I went directly to the ER b/c I just didn't "feel right". Turns out I was right my water broke and I delivered my son 4 days later, they held his delivery off for all that time to let me reach 37 weeks.
So the long and the short of it is, listen to your inner voice and trust your feelings about your own body, the worst that could happen is that they send you home, no biggie.

I felt this for about 3 weeks too. I kept saying she's resting on or hitting my cervix. sometimes it was very painful and be the end of the day I'd go to sleep for relief. No one seemed to think it was anything big but my doc kept saying "anytime...."

all babies are different and our bodies prepare for delivery at different rates. I had a perfectly healthy pregnancy and went into labor naturally mid-37th week. Sounds to me as if your body is getting ready to give birth pretty soon! yay!

That's what I would assume it was...but I haven't made it that far yet. I'd call your doctor and have them check you out.
