Well you can't remove them because you are not using the best software out there. Zonealarm is the best out of your programs, but zonealarm is far and away from being on the top when it comes to spyware and antivirus. Their firewall however is the best out there. I'll explain how you can get rid of it and what you should do.
1st, don't waste your time with AVG, spybot, ad aware, CA, spyhunter, or anything of the sort. Stay away from anything that is FREE when it comes to spyware and antivirus. There is a reason why they free. They are NOT good.
2nd, You need some of the best software out there. Norton Systemworks is very good. That's the only good software from Norton. I wouldn't recommend Norton Internet security, its not that great. Now the best software you should get is Spysweeper with Anti-virus, this software is too good and gets better everyday. It blocks over 170,600 threats. No other software can compete with that or come close for that matter. It catches everything. I've used them all and it is 2nd to none.
3rd, after you install and update the software, since its in your system you will have to turn off system restore and then go into safe mode and run the scan and eliminate the virus. then after removal, reboot and turn system restore back on.
4th, any probs during or after you do all this, send me an e-mail.

try trendmicros free scan it may say your other utilities are bad but run it any way and also does it let you update the virus scan from zone labs if so then after the update turn off the web now run one of those virus scans also try lavasofts free scan or adaware they do it free like trend micro OK hope it helps or find the file by a search and delet the problem is they sometimes attache to a start file or a file thats needed so you may have to contact the zone lab and use them as a remote cleaner if they are your virus scan provider in your network they will be free just go into the control panel and the admin and activate remote so they can adjust or remove also i just remebered nuisance.com the blog site for info for computers do a search on there they may direct you to a trjan remover and remember to check the firewal yoyu may not be able to turn on the old microsoft firewal in control panel thats a bad sign

This Worm can be difficult to remove because it is designed to turn of certain functions in many security progams. This prevents the programs from removing the Worm.

This Worm has been around for a almost 2 yrs and can be removed by many programs.

You can use other AV and AS programs with this procedure. I recommend you use ewido and your Antivirus program.

Download and Update Ewido (now called the AVG Antispyware). Do not run:

http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

TEMPORARILY SHOW HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

2. Click Appearance and Themes, and then click Folder Options.

3. On the View tab, under Hidden files and folders, click "Show hidden files and folders", and clear(uncheck) the "Hide protected operating system files" check box.

IMPORTANT: Files are hidden by Windows for a very good reason. It is not wise to experiment with these files. Unfortunately, to successfully remove modern spyware we must turn this protection off temporarily. Please turn the protection back on when you have finished cleaning your system.

EMPTY INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSER CACHE:

1. On the Internet Explorer Tools menu, click Internet Options.

2. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click the Delete Files button. Select the Delete all offline content check box in the confirmation dialogue box that appears, click OK. Click OK again.

RESTART IN SAFE MODE:

To do this you need to hold down or repeatedly tap the F8 key while the computer is booting (when the computer is displaying a black screen with white text). When the boot menu appears, use your keyboard arrows to select "Safe Mode."

Safe Mode can look quite ugly. The color may look bad, and all of your desktop icons will be very large. This is normal.

START THE SCAN WITH YOUR PROGRAM(S).

When the scan and removal are completed REBOOT COMPUTER. This will restart you in normal mode.

RESET HIDDEN FILES AND FOLDERS.

The RESTORE POINTS may be infected with the Malware and cannot be used. Delete the old one(s) and make a new one.

CLEAR OLD RESTORE POINT(S). HERE'S HOW:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

2. Click Performance and Maintenance, click System, and then click on the System Restore tab.

3. Select the Turn Off System Restore check box, click Apply, then restart your computer.

4. Return to the System Restore Tab and turn System Restore back on.

TO SET A NEW RESTORE POINT:

1. Click the Start button.

2. Point to Programs, then navigate to Accessories, then System Tools, then click System Restore.

3. Choose Create a restore point, and then click Next.

4. In the Restore point description box, type a name for your restore point, and then click Next.

5. Click OK.

NOTE: If you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) and are unable to access the Internet after removing Malware, there is a command that may fix the problem. It works by resetting the winsock catalogue. Click on Start, then Run and type CMD in the box. Click OK. Type "netsh winsock reset" (no quotes)into the DOS window that appears.

Oh dear - it looks like you've found out the hard way just how insecure and badly designed Microsoft Windows is!

Before connecting a Microsoft Windows system to the internet, you must first take as many precautions as you can.

For now, you can use SUPERAntiSpyware

http://www.superantispyware.com/

FREE edition to clean up your infestation.

But remember that even though you've cleaned this one out, Microsoft Windows is still vulnerable!

* Make sure you always run up-to-date anti-virus and anti-spyware programs.
* Always install all Microsoft security updates as soon as they come out.
* Ensure you have a properly configured firewall.
* Never use Internet Explorer (use Firefox instead) or MSN Messenger (Use GAIM or Trillian).
* Never download anything you don't understand.
* Never click on any ad banners.
* Never use any "P2P" file sharing programs.
* Consider the upgrade to Linux or Mac OS X to be free of adware / spyware / trojans

Ok, I had this trojan too but I've just got rid of that trojan this night and I'll tell you how.

1)Start your computer and press F8 until screen shows.
2)Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt.
3)Enter with Administrator account...
4)Type "CD (where it is located)" in the command prompt.
ex: "CD C:\WINDOWS\system32\ZoneLabs\avsys".
5)Type "DEL ScanningProcess.exe".
6)There you go, reboot your computer and have fun.
