Could this be implantation bleeding?

The earliest I could have ovulated was 3/12. I usually ovulate later than 14 days, but that is the earliest. 4 days after the earliest possible ovulation, I started spotting red and brown blood. I have had sex once, but we used a condom the whole time. How early can implantation bleeding start? When does it usually start?

I think it is usually 4 to 5 days after conception. So it is possible it was implantation bleeding.
