Hi,

What do you want to do? Do you want to lose weight? If so, what kind of weight are you looking at losing and how fast do you want to lose them?

What do you think will happen to you 10 years later if you do not lose this weight and continue to gain more?

I specialize in helping people lose weight quickly and healthily and i myself lost 15kg within 2 mths via a detox.

I have also helped people lose a total of 500kg in the past few years via detox.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

Stop drinking soft drinks and drink more water. Start eating more fruits and vegetables. Exercise everyday, but if u decide to lift weights don't to the same exercise everyday, and most importantly get plenty of rest, it is crucial. Good luck!

Stop eating doughnuts but keep it in moderation and work out do some walking every now and then. Start eating some vegies and lay off the beer. Thats my advice!

Stay away from McDonalds and their trans fat

You need to walk 5 miles to burn off a super size fries

Exercise more and control what you're eating. Also try to minimize your food intake. I would suggest you to consider looking into meal replacement and get those stuff that can burn your fat fast.

The first person wasnt very nice. I would suggest runnig every day and join a sport that involves running.

I GUESS YOU SHOULD EXCERCISE A LOT AND CONTROL YOUR APETITE. JUST EAT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.EAT FRUIT FOR DINNER. IT SAVES YOUR MONEY AND ELIMINATE UNECESSARY FAT
