Cut your food intake in half. Snack only on raw veggies. Get a pedometer and start off by making sure you work up to 10000 steps a day. Later when you have slimmed down some you can start power walking then jogging, then running. You got fat a bite at a time so it will take time to lose all the excess. Best wishes.

do 30 minutes of treadmill 3-4 days...I know this might sound boring but you could turn your favourite music up high and get inspired, also start eating in moderate portions and try to avoid preservative and cut down on sugar because if you don't have sugar then your body fat starts to melt away, and join a dance class or something fun, drink lots of milk and water... drinking a large glass of cold water before dinner helps you eat less, and green tea is also very good. Set a goal that isn't too high but good enough... good luck

Most people with a weight problem know what they need to do to lose weight. You just need to find the motivation and self-discipline to do it. If not, you better learn to like yourself the way you are cause as you get older, you will only get bigger AND less healthy. (You might want to try spending sometime in school learning to spell and type. At least during that time you won't be eating.)

You could workout right in your chair as you are watching television/computer to play on... tilt your stomach then tuck it in as you take deep breathe... only for 15 minutes a day .. 3 times a week..

LAUGHING is the best way to do it.

As for FOOD issue, NO DIETING, please! just change the habits... 7 medium portion a meal day instead of 3 meals a day :) Don't eat anything just right before bedtime! You should try to workout on your bed when you get up.. (stretch your body - few position workout on the bed )5-10 minutes before you hop into shower!

exersice more like..doing sit-ups everyday...30 minute walks everyday or go to the gym..and eat less..no junk food drink water at least 8 times a day..no pop eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables..ya hope that helps

Turn off your computer, get out of your chair, and exercise.
Eat less. Eat healthy.
Just don't go all anorexic or bulimic around here.

Just accept yourself for who you are and what you look like.

Even if it's hard, you should try to eat healthier if not less foods. You should also exercise regularly no matter how tough it may seem. It'll help. :)

replace all your junk food with healthy food. if you are really hungry, you will eat something healthy instead of junk. and excersize...even if just walking, anything to get your heart rate up there.
