In most cases, the tap, no different than your kitchen sink. Don't fall for the marketing scams.
If it really concerns you, install a filter on your own tap, that's the only way to be sure of what you're getting.

Either springs or they are purified form regular water sources or the really pricey ones come from ice glaciers.
