Is there two types of spider man 2 games?

One for the movie and just the plain game? Because I remember about 2 yrs ago at this store on x-box I was playing a spider man game which was way cooler and basically he gets to swing around anywhere in new york. But for the game i got the free travel is smaller and nothing like the one I played. Is it because it's a pc game?
