foods that are ok to eat at room temperatue; pastas, salads, fresh fruit. I've even made fried chicken and potato salad for a picnic that turned out great.
Can't forget the blanket, picnic basket, cold drinks (bring a cooler), the utensils, napkins, and trash bags. And maybe even a frisbee.

Pastrami, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, deli mustard and pepperoncinis sandwiches, chili cheese Frito's, a six pack of Heineken, 6 chocolate chocolate chip cookies, some smoke and a boom box. By the way, don't forget the sunshine and blanket!

i have areal picnic basket with a blue and white checked inside and the top that flips up. we can use that bc i never get to use it. and it's large so it fits lots of stuff.
