I just use my fingers to pop them. Put pressure on the pimple till it bursts.

No. By the way, a dap of white toothpaste WILL dry that little bugger right up. Not the gel kind, has to be the white kind, leave it on overnight and you'll be amazed at the difference tomorrow.
that is, if you have a big honkin zit. If not, then disregard my above comment.......

My sister is and its sick. Yeah she has a method she squeezes hard with her nails. Stay clean when shes near. Peace out.......

hahaa that's what i do for a living...and never pop a pustule..(white head)seriously use a warm wet towel and it will usually break it up then apply a treatment w/ salicylic acid in it...to dry it up
