I keep getting these thoughts more when i try not to think about them!

Look up "thought stopping" skills on the net. They are part of a form of therapy called RET (Rational Emotive therapy)... if that doesn't help... talk to a therapist about intrusive thoughts, as that can be a part of OCD... the "O" without the "C".

Only you can take it out from our mind.

Mind is like formboard- what you put in it, it make shape; it is also like a seed- what you plant, it will grow; it is like a canvass- what you paint, it will show... so please make a positive outlook in life, so your mind will not dwell on stupidity.

Eat healthy foods, include chocolates too (moderate) and hot milk. Read good books, poems, nuggets of wisdom.

You can also sing, dance, go to the gym, shop.

Last but not the least, pray!

You must have too much time on your hands. Try doing something a little more productive and proactive like outdoor and physical activities.

what i do is i tell myself to take five deep breathes and do something else to get your mind thinking. like watching tv, or reading. those are the things that will distract you
