my husband and i also play 360 and yes you have the ring of death it is a hardware failure... if you have a 1 year manufact... warranty or an extended warranty your in luck,,, either way you need to call 1-800-4-my xbox or 1-800-469-9269.. they will ask for the serial number and tell you exactally what to do... PS>>> if you must send it in,,, it usually takes about 1 mnth before you will get it back... oof

You have the "Ring of death" don't unplug you Xbox 360 for 2 weeks or 4 weeks or it will remain bricked and for the 2 weeks or 4 it's gonna be in a coma.

your x box is dead. it don't work. thats what those lights mean. go get a refund or exchange from the store you bought it from.
