Generally women ovulate about 2 weeks after their last period, and that's when you want to try to "make a baby". I would start trying on the 23rd, and keep trying through the 27th or so. Good luck!!!

You should start to ovulate 14 days after your period. The appearance and texture of cervical fluids will change as you move through your menstrual cycle. When you are most fertile, CM should be quite abundant. Texture: During your cycle, cervical mucus may be absent or profuse, dryish or wet, thick or thin, sticky or slippery. It may "hold its shape" or it may stretch between your fingers like raw egg-white. Appearance: The look of cervical fluids will also change during your cycle and CM may be white, creamy, yellowish, translucent, or transparent. I used the Clear Blue easy ovulation kit. That is how I found out I when I ovulate. Good luck to you

If your periods are every 28 days ..which is what most fertility charts are based on your most fertile days would be starting the 24th and ending the 27th...there is actually only a 72 hour time period where conception can take place....Good luck and best wishes...

You should try using an ovulation monitor like the one at http://www.newbabyjubilee.com/nbjstore.html to track the best days to conceive. There is a full list or preconception tips on www.newbabyjubilee.com and they even have ways to help you track your cycle and a message board.
Hope this helps.
