Sorry, but the 1945-D cent is a common wheat cent. it's mintage was 266,268,000 so it is far fram scarce. You can find them in dealers wheat cent bins for .02-.05. Not all old coins are worth a lot, but they do have a history all their own. A lot happened in 1945 and that cent played a part of it.
