I took the hpt, first responce and it showed positive. I just wanted to know if alot of people took this test and there reslut was true.

i took the first response test in the 2 pack this time and both came up positive i also went to the doctors office to make sure. sure enough i am 11 weeks pregnant. the test is pretty much accurate if done right. if you have another one in the package i would take another one and i would also schedule an appointment with your doctor just to have an ultrasound to make sure that there is a viable life inside your body. woman have been known to have positive pregnany tests only to have an empty amniotic sac or some other problem.

I don't know about the htp first response, but I have had 2 kids, and a couple scares, and ever test wether it was positive or negative always gave me the right result. In other words if I was it was positive, if I wasn't it was negative and I have used the cheaper tests and the more expensive tests. Also I heard you can never get a false positive, but that is just what I heard somewhere. Good luck!

sweetie it is very unlikely to get a false positive, you are pregnant if it showed positive and you checked it with in the 10 minutes as directed. congrats and best wishes

It would be very rare for any home pregnancy test to be positive and you not be pregnant...Most tests today are very accurate...If it would make you feel better you can go to your local Health dept. for a free test....

I TAKE 2 BOTH WERE POSITIVE. ONE OF THE MOST ACCURATE HPT.

I took it...and mine was positive....and I'm pg :)

Now, go to your doc...they'll do a blood test anyway just to be sure.

The only way u could a false positive is if your taking certain meds.other wise your pregnant..Congratulations..
