i have a kid learning about the states! I do not know what she is supposed to have on that state float!
help me!

don't worry!
i did a state float in fourth grade.
first, you need a shoebox.
you can put it upside down, or take the lid and put it on the shoebox so it resembles an "L".
decorate it with stuff from the state.
for example, if your child has Illinois, draw the state tree.
use as much of different types of materials as you can.
be creative!

you should ask the teacher i would assume you'd need facts and the name and when it became a state though
