i think the reason why the girl in american idol was crying so hard was because she was so happy to be there or to see sanjiya

Her parents brought her there as a gift and told her that one of the idols would be singing at her birthday. When Sanjaya came on, her mom said, "And there's the idol!", and she started crying.

The kid was crying BEFORE Sanjaya even sang! I don't think it was cause of him. I think she cried when everyone sang. It's all over the web and radio that it was for Sanjaya, and sadly it might keep him on the show a little longer.

shes from the make a wish foundation and this was her wish to be on american idol. She was just over joyed with being there. don't hate on the special people

I hate to burst y'all bubble but I was watching ET....didn't say a thing about Make a Wish....she was a plant by Howard Stern & votetheworst.com to get sympathy votes for the she-boy.
