Well, you are a little late. Make sure your title is in bold letters and everything is spelled correctly. Not knowing what the topic is it would be difficult to tell you how to decorate. Throw some glitter in a trail all over it.

I am known at my school for having the coolest looking science fair backboard. The tricks I always use are to actually paint or put backround images on the board itself, but mount your data, hypothesis, etc. on thick board in a slightly contrasting color. Make the backboard convey the theme of your project. For example, one of my projects involved a trebuchet, which I gave a medieval theme by painting the backboard like castle bricks in tan paint, and putting my text on matte board shaped like windows. If you don't have matte board, particle board or just photo paper (the shiny kind) will do.

decorate? I am not sure that decorations are the most important thing on a science project...
sparkles?? stickers?? ha ha.. I am not sure what you really want to know...

yea u could try adding pictures if its like a poster. and making your titles colorful. otherwise i think science projects are based on the actual information.
