yes sorry i meant scaleless fish. um why is that they are more prone? is it because they dont have that extra epidermis to filter out the bad chemicals?

Ok all fish have gills. If you mean scale-less fish then the answer is yes. Fish such as shark, marlin, and swordfish are prone to have higher amounts of trace elements. Swordfish are especially likely to have higher amounts of mercury.

i think you mean scaled and scale-less?!? i thought gills were one of the things that make fish, fish. like dolphins don't have gills cause they are mammals, not fish. kwim?
