Yes, the United States is a Free Market Society. The government can't stop a company from going anywhere it wants to. All that can happen is the government can stop putting road blocks in the way of corporations.
Maybe you should ask, "How can our government make it so good in the US that companies would never want to leave?"

When we become a socialist state? Seriously, nothing is more American than getting the most for less. However, your facts are skewed. Jobs are not leaving the country. Other countries are being hired. You may speak English better than that Hindu lady, but you won't work for what she will. Ditto for Chinese manufactured goods. The Mexicans, we bring here to do jobs for money that only a wino would sign up for, and the Mexican is more reliable. Canada... I'm thinking..... actors... models... beer? No, we still make that here. US auto manufacturers can't keep up. This does not make our economy better, per se, but it does keep our biggest business men very rich.

When the US Department of Justice starts enforcing the antitrust laws. There are too many huge corporations and not enough competition. With increased competition, the companies would be forced to provide better services to the consumers. Without competition, companies have no reason to change their practices. They can do what they want because they are the only show in town. I do not think outsourcing makes our country, or the companies who outsource, any better.

It's complex, but it is a standard economic theory.
See, the majority of jobs going to mexico and china are unskilled labor. Our loss of those jobs causes short term distress, yes, but in the long term, our labor market will benefit.
The wages of skilled workers in this country are increasing while the wages of unskilled workers in this country are falling. This trend will continue while the reverse trend will happen in China.
I have a link to the International Monetary Fund discussing the effect globalization is having on international labor markets.
In short, the US will become the warehouse for skilled labor. It will be easier for us to become a source for skilled workers in the world because we will have a comparative advantage in skilled labor.
You can research this complex topic on your own, or you can take my word on it.
In the meantime, tell your kids to go to college. This "not every kid needs to go to college" garbage is guaranteeing our young men and women a jobless future.

Well it makes the corporation owners have a pretty fat wallet.
They pay the Chinese like 50 cents per hour so thats big profit.
Basically you cant stop them. They would rather make 50 grand more than not.

The government can only do so much to prevent the job loss. They can't make it illegeal.
I would ask, what can we do to prevent overseas workers from being more appealing to employers.

Government maybe do nothing unless they are forced or it is their advantages to do so.
Outsourcing buying side and buy liquidation for profits.
